This webinar session in partnership with PCI, will address organizational design regarding these two critical disciplines and how the relationship breakdown between them can be structured for the greatest impact.

Brett Harned, Project Management Coach, and Jenny Plant, Founder of Account Management Skills, will come together to explore what AMs and PMs each own, where responsibilities overlap and how they work together on handoffs, scope changes and client communication.

Drawing on agency examples, they’ll discuss common points of friction and practical ways to clarify responsibilities and support each other. They’ll also touch on what agencies need to consider when separating the roles for the first time, including lessons from those that have made the change.
